These are the first
Arab baths in Europe to be reopened following their closure in the
sixteenth century. They are located at the foot of the Alhambra, on
the ruins of an old hammam, to allow you to enjoy the Arab baths, a
soothing massage and the aromas and tastes of the past.

 Services

BATH

Move freely through
of the hot, warm and cold baths, recreating the original structure of
the Andalusian Hammam. The steam room tops it all off, which you can
return to as often as you wish during the session. Between swims,
relax in the rest room.

You are
recommended to hydrate yourself from time to time by drinking tea or
water.

You should not
spend more than 10 minutes at a time in the hot thermal spa or steam
room to avoid suffering from a drop in blood pressure.

Duration: 1hour and
30 minutes

BATH AND RELAXING
MASSAGE

This is slowly
applied with firm and progressive pressure on the back, legs or both
areas, in order to provide a sense of calm.

When applied with
essential oils, this moisturizes the skin and makes for a pleasant
experience.

Our masseur will
ask you if you wish to receive the massage on your legs, back or on
both areas.

You can book
this package for double the time: 30 minutes (subject to
availability).

After the
massage, you can continue your bath in the cold, hot and warm rooms,
provided there is still time remaining to use the baths.

Duration:
Approximately 15 minutes massage (included in the hour and a half
that the session lasts).

BATH AND AL
ÁNDALUS RITUAL

Combines traditional
kessa (skin cleaning 15min) and relaxation massage (15min).

In the traditional
kessa, the masseur lathers your body and scrubs it with the
traditional Arabic glove (Kessa glove) and red grape soap, to remove
dead skin cells and to stimulate blood circulation.

This is complemented
with a relaxing massage, using essential oils of your choice which
relaxes and moisturises your skin.

  • After the
massage, you can continue your bath in the cold, hot and warm rooms,
provided there is still time remaining to use the baths.
